Moody Boho Alberta Wedding

This moody, boho inspired wedding in Edmonton, Alberta was the perfect way to celebrate Kim and Jorgie.

The groom wore a custom made navy blue suit by Indochino with a white dress shirt, vest, suspenders and brown shoes. The bride wore a dreamy flower crown and beautiful off white slim fitted dress with a low V front and back, thin straps and a long train by Made with Love Bridal designs

The outdoor wedding ceremony was held at the Countryside Golf Course in Sherwood Park officiated by Deborah Parr. We then moved to the Woodvale Community League in Edmonton for the reception. The reception was decorated with a moody theme and beautiful florals by Flowers by Willows. The Donut wall was a hit for dessert and it was a great time celebrating Kim and Jorgie for their special wedding day. We got some great bride and groom portraits as well as creative group shots with the bridal party. What a great day!

Here’s Kim and Jorgie’s proposal

“We went away to Kananaskis for the weekend in February to try out the cross country ski trails and our new snow shoes. After about an hour of snowshoeing through the silent snow-fallen trail, Tim proposed a break on a log bench overlooking the snow covered tree tops. He got up to take in the view (so Lauren thought) but then turned around and knelt on one knee. (In full honesty I don't even remember what he said. I was SO SURPRISED! no idea it was coming.”
